Colorado winters are hard on gutters
Snow melts on a sunny afternoon, refreezes in the gutter overnight, and the weight of that ice pulls hangers loose. Hail dents gutters in summer. Gutters fastened into solid fascia, with enough slope to drain, hold up far better.

Should I replace my gutters with a new roof?
Not always. Sound, properly pitched gutters can stay. If yours are dented, sagging or undersized, replacing them with the roof saves a second setup and keeps the edge details consistent.
Can you fix just one section?
Yes. Leaking corners, loose hangers and single damaged runs can be repaired on their own.
