Parker started out as a stagecoach stop and has grown into one of the busiest communities in Douglas County, and most of its homes were built in the last 40 years. Neighborhoods like Stroh Ranch, Stonegate and Pradera are full of larger two-story homes with complex roofs: multiple gables, hips, valleys and dormers.
